What the extension does
Nyanko Eye adds user-operated eye and copy buttons beside a selected password field on HTTP and HTTPS webpages. It works with values already entered or autofilled in the page. No account is required.
Authentication information stays on your device
The eye button changes the input field's display type. The extension reads the current password value only when you click Copy, to write it to your system clipboard. Authentication information is processed locally for this purpose. The extension does not store password history, log passwords, transmit passwords to maociva or any external server, or maintain a password database. It does not read clipboard contents.
Permissions and retention
Access to HTTP and HTTPS pages enables controls on login sites, including iframe forms. Clipboard-write permission enables copying you request. The extension has no analytics, advertising, remote code, or browsing-history collection. It does not search browser password vaults, recover missing passwords, or bypass authentication.
A password revealed by the extension is masked again after 15 seconds, when you select another field, or when the page loses focus. Page scripts can observe display changes, as with other webpage eye buttons. Some custom controls and browser-internal pages are not supported.
Copied passwords remain in the system clipboard until replaced or cleared. Your operating system's clipboard history or synchronization settings may retain or synchronize them. The extension does not manage those features. Uninstalling the extension does not clear your clipboard.
Limited use and contact
Nyanko Eye complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Authentication information is used only for the user-requested password display and copy functionality. It is not sold, used for advertising, transferred for unrelated purposes, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending.

拡張機能の役割
選択したパスワード欄の横に、表示・コピー用のボタンを置きます。対象はHTTP・HTTPSのウェブページに入力済み、または自動入力された値です。アカウント登録は不要です。
認証情報は端末内で扱います
目のボタンは入力欄の表示形式を切り替えます。パスワードの値を読むのは、利用者がコピーを押してシステムのクリップボードへ書き込むときだけです。パスワードの履歴保存、記録、maocivaや外部サーバーへの送信、独自データベースの作成は行いません。クリップボードの内容も読みません。
権限とデータの保持
HTTP・HTTPSページへのアクセス権限は、iframe内を含むログイン画面にボタンを表示するために使います。クリップボードへの書き込み権限は、利用者が求めたコピーだけに使います。分析、広告、リモートコード、閲覧履歴の収集はありません。保存庫の検索、未入力パスワードの復元、認証の回避は行いません。
表示したパスワードは15秒後、別の欄を選択したとき、またはページからフォーカスが外れたときに再び伏字になります。ページのスクリプトは、通常の目のボタンと同様に表示形式の変更を認識できます。独自の入力欄やブラウザ内部ページなど、対応しない画面もあります。
コピーしたパスワードは、置き換えるか消去するまでシステムのクリップボードに残ります。OSのクリップボード履歴・同期設定によっては保持・同期されます。本拡張はそれらを管理せず、アンインストールしてもクリップボードは消去されません。
